Workshop : Feminine emotions in movement
Supporting women in navigating their emotions with serenity by helping them reconnect with themselves through active listening to their bodies and hearts. Coaching technique that combines emotional exploration, movement, and breathing. Each participant is invited to engage in movement to music based on themes proposed by the facilitator.
