SHIFT Vaud 2023 is evolving at Beaulieu in collaboration with Impact Hub Lausanne for the second edition following the pilot event in May 2022.
It’s a different meeting space, where stakeholders of the Romand food system can collectively and innovatively examine our food, society, energy, and economy. Everything is possible, but nothing is expected.
Conversations will revolve around 5 themes – Food, Knowledge, Resources, Community, and Rhythm.
The event will retain the highly interactive and self-determined format established in the previous year. The program has been designed to facilitate quality dialogues, inspiring encounters, and concrete impact for determined actors, including experts, scientists, students, entrepreneurs, investors, and public services, among others.
